Funeral Services for Lonnie D. Lee, age 43, will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, at 11:00 am from the chapel of Cookeville Funeral Home with interment in the Dodson Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends, at the funeral home, on Monday, February 15, 2010, from 5:00 - 8:00 pm and on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, from 9:00 am until time of services. Mr. Lee passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2010, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born July 21, 1966, in Dayton, Ohio to Rhoda Byrd Martin. He was a Christian and loved to ride with the truckers and big rigs. His family includes his loving mother, a sister, Melissa Looper & husband Jason of Lovejoy, TN, two nieces, Heather Penticuff & husband Jonathan of Algood, and Hunter Looper of Lovejoy, TN, a nephew, Alaz Gibson of Lovejoy, TN and two Special Friends, Jeffery & Flibber Allen, several uncles aunts, and cousins of Ohio He was preceded in death by his step-father Harold Martin, grandparents, Albert & Sarah Byrd. Stepfather Harold Martin, aunt Lorene Madison, and uncle Albert Byrd Jr. Pall Bearers will be friends of the family. Bros. Jim Phillips & David Harris will officiate at the services.
