Funeral Services for Leila F. Garrett (Lee), age 69, will be held on Friday, February 26, 2010, @ 10:00 a.m. from the chapel of Cookeville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends,at the funeral home, on Friday, from 8:00 am until time of service. Mrs. Garrett passed away Monday, February 22, 2010, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born May 19, 1940, in Eckley, CO, to the late Dwight & Velma Vanhorn Stuteville. Mrs. Garrett was retired as an Executive Secretary in Steel Mfg. She was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her husband of 36 years Michael Garrett of Cookeville, a son Jim Presley of Knoxville, a brother Gerald Stuteville of Wray, CO., Three sisters: Lonna Casaliggi of NY., Donna Earl of Wray, CO, & Lynette Sparks of Hocthkis, CO. Two Grandchildren: Kristin & Cameron Presley. One Great-Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents. Bro. Johnny Butler will officiate at the services.
